If the event is not sold out, we typically grant cancellation and refund requests submitted at least 7 days before the event.
If the event is sold out, we typically grant cancellation and refund requests submitted at least 30 days before the event.
Event registrations can be transferred. To do so, forward your registration email to the person who will be using it at the event, and cc support@teamcovenant.com. We will validate the transfer via an email reply, and this officially transfers the registration - until that happens, the transfer is not valid.
Refunds and cancellations may come at an additional cost depending on the nature of the event. Attendance is required to receive any prizes and promotional materials and we do not hold or mail any such items unless otherwise specified on the product or subscription being purchased.
