Theft of an order is truly unfortunate, especially because there is nothing to be done after it happens. Given that both we and our shipping provider have successfully fulfilled the order, we do not refund or reship these orders. Shipping insurance does not apply to a stolen order, so make sure that any necessary arrangements are made to accommodate the delivery date indicated on your tracking number (particularly if theft has occurred before).
If your order is mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, you will want to get in touch with your local post office and/or any neighbors who might have intercepted it for you. Working directly with your mail carrier is the only way to solve the problem once your tracking number indicates a successful delivery - we will not refund or reship a misdelivered item.
We will identify a stolen or misdelivered order by it's tracking indicating that it was delivered but otherwise reported as not being received. Luckily, both theft and misdelivery are extremely rare!
