Theft or misdelivery of an order is truly unfortunate, but it is also very rare. Given that both we and our shipping provider have successfully fulfilled the order, we do not refund or reship orders marked as delivered by the shipper's tracking and are considered fully fulfilled.
Shipping insurance does not apply to a stolen order, so make sure that any necessary arrangements are made to accommodate the delivery date indicated on your tracking number (particularly if theft has occurred before).
If your order is mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, you will want to get in touch with your local post office or contact us directly for an order sent via UPS in addition to any neighbors who might have intercepted it for you. For USPS, working directly with your local post office is the only way to solve the problem once your tracking number indicates a successful delivery - we will not refund or reship a misdelivered item.
We will identify a stolen or misdelivered order by its tracking indicating that it was delivered but otherwise reported as not being received.
