If your order was shipped via USPS Priority mail, your order is insured for $100 domestically and $200 internationally, and all you need to do is initiate a claim via the USPS website. You'll get compensation through your insurance that will allow you to reorder whatever came damaged. If your order was not shipped via Priority we will not be able to help! We do not cover cosmetic or superficial damage from uninsured subscription shipments (i.e. when the packaging is damaged but the contents are fine).
Fortunately, damage during transit is very rare.
