USPS: For orders shipped via USPS the first recourse is to make use of their Missing Mail Search tool. This will let the shipper begin the search process and generally results in the successful delivery of your goods.
Once you file your search we use the following timelines before we take additional steps so just let us know if this applies to you:
Domestic Shipments: 14 days
International Shipments: 60 days
UPS: For orders shipped via UPS let us know if you're having an issue with your delivery and we can initiate a claim on your behalf.
For all orders, you should ensure you let us know no later than 45 days after your order has been shipped if you've yet to receive your delivery. This allows us the time and means to take action to potentially recover your order. If you do not let us know about your issue within this timeframe we will be unable to help with your order with refunds, replacements, or other recourses.
